All Hubcapscanada.com purchases must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date or 20 days from the order date, whichever occurs first.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify fitting prior to ordering and ensure that it is the proper fit for the vehicle. Alternatively, you can contact us to have us verify that you are ordering the correct component for the vehicle and receive a guaranteed fitment.
 
Even if the item was shipped for free upon meeting the minimum order value, it is the obligation of the consumer to pay for the return shipping.
 
After the returned item is received to our warehouse and examined by our knowledgeable team, you will get a refund using the same payment method as when you originally made the purchase, less a 15% restocking charge.
 
All goods must be returned in their original condition; if a product cannot be sold again, a refund will be given at our discretion.
